The "Help Desk" is an efficient customer support, case tracking and resolution system which allows you to contact all of our departments easily. Without open email software or log in your web mail, you can simply create and submit your question ticket to any of our department.
Help Desk can receive tickets and ticket replies from the user interface or your mailboxes. You are able to select departments for their tickets in the My Account page. Its possible to select the urgency level from the dropdown list. Attach a file to ticket is also available. You can link the any of your orders to the ticket for easy understanding.
By the way, all questions asked with Product Questions usage will be automatically doubled by the tickets in Help Desk.
