All of your needs and requirements are in first class of priority. Your emails will be replied within one working day. If any product is lake of material we ship your order in first priority. If a problem occurs that may delay a delivery, we will contact you via email so you can proactively contact your customer.

Advanced Reseller Requirements
1. Return defective goods to appointed address and pay return shipping cost. If require payment refund, we refund current product value to your requested paypal account or bank account. Original shipping cost is not refundable. If require replacements, we charge few repair fee if passed warranty, then ship repaired or new products with your next new order. If need to ship replacements separately, you must pay the shipping cost.
2. Never open dispute through 3rd party including Paypal. We care about our credit and honor very much, and will always do our best to fit your needs including solve the your problems. You will loss reseller account forever after opened the dispute.

If your company is considering first class of partnership with SafestMonster, please choose one of below options to prove you are a real reseller. After received your information and confirm they are true, we will release "Advanced" reseller account to you and send notificatoin email to you.
1. Please supply your company certificate or phone and address of your shop.
2. Firstly submit a web link where you are reselling our products or similar products from other vendors. Then supply selling record of emails or contract copy.
3. Please post a link to our website, using the HTML code shown below, and notify us. We strongly suggest you to keep the link after finished the authentication.
